Job Description

The Opportunity:

Join NGH as a Senior Environmental Planner and contribute to shaping sustainable outcomes for communities and environments. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality environmental impact assessments and approval documentation while working within a dynamic and collaborative team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, helping to provide practical solutions for clients across a range of exciting and impactful projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As an Environmental Planner, you will manage project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include preparing environmental assessment reports, conducting site inspections, and participating in fieldwork. You’ll engage with clients and stakeholders, provide practical solutions, and contribute to tenders, proposals, and project planning. By fostering strong client relationships, you’ll play a vital role in achieving project success.

  • Relevant Qualifications:
    Tertiary education in a related discipline, such as environmental science, planning, or a similar field.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Approach:
    A solutions-focused mindset, capable of identifying practical outcomes for projects.
  • Understanding of QA Processes:
